For your error message, check the package that you are using for that cpanel. Did you set it to “unlimited” domains? That’s my best guess.

You don’t have to tweak the settings. Just send that letter to liquid web support, and they will do that for you.

It hard to see your tweak settings on this board:) I’m trying to set mine as yours are set. Any way to get a larger pic with all the settings shown? I’m getting a message that says “No addon domains allowed”

I’m thinking around 200-300. Hard to say for sure because it depends on how many posts, translation, images, etc. It will hold a LOT!

I think you have to reinstall cpmage for each new “batch” of mage sites you want to build.

Actually I have another question. Is it necessary to reinstall CPMage for each group of sites one creates (20-30)? Can’t you just create the pages and FTP then to any other server?

I have the same question as Mike. Are there disadvantages to a VPS such as just one IP address or the like? How many sites can one safely place on a VPS?

Hi Amy,

Do you feel VPS is the best way to go? I don’t mind paying the extra to get stable hosting especially given the problems people seem to be having with the Mage on the cheap providers like Just Host.

Have you found that you could upload lots of sites with thousands of posts with no problems with Liquidweb and how many sites can you upload to your account compared to the 20-30 at the shared providers? What have your experiences been so far?
